Order Processing

We endeavour to dispatch all products within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time when placing your order online.

Delivery & Confirmation

• All orders are insured during transit until they are delivered or collected.

• A signature is required upon delivery or collection to confirm receipt of the products.

• Once signed, responsibility for the products is transferred to the recipient.

• If the recipient is not the original purchaser (e.g., in the case of a gift), the recipient’s signature will serve as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.

Delivery Charges

• All domestic orders are delivered free of charge.

Additional Charges

• There are no hidden or additional charges.

• The total payable amount is always displayed on the product page at checkout.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days (excluding public holidays).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and our logistics partner’s services.
