  • Genuine Parts: NSR Motors specializes in 100% genuine and OEM spare parts. We source our products from authorized manufacturers and trusted suppliers.

  • Compatibility: While we provide expert support and search filters to help you find the right part, the final responsibility for ensuring compatibility with your specific bike model lies with the customer.

  • Installation: We provide spare parts only. We do not provide installation services. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a certified mechanic to ensure safety and maintain vehicle warranties.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices listed on the website are final at the time of purchase. We strive for transparency and do not include hidden charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various online payment methods and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations. Availability of COD will be confirmed at the checkout stage.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We provide Pan-India delivery.

  • Timeline: While we aim for fast delivery, estimated delivery dates are subject to courier partner schedules and regional restrictions.

  • Tracking: Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided via SMS or email.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • 7-Day Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if the part does not fit or is incorrect.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Refunds: Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a refund for the product price will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed according to RBI guidelines and may take 7–14 business days.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the user.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NSR Motors or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

NSR Motors shall not be liable for any damage to the vehicle, personal injury, or loss resulting from the improper installation or misuse of any spare parts purchased from our platform.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi/Coimbatore (as per registered business filing).
