Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in the original packaging.
– Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

– Used products
– Damaged items due to improper handling by the customer
– Products without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

– Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
– The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.
